ArrowMaker is a free plugin for Cinema 4D that generates an arrow shape as a spline primitive. The shape itself can be customized to create a ton of of different arrow types, then used in an Extrude or Sweep NURBS to generate a mesh. Here's a tutorial I made years ago showing how to use it:

The C4D Screw Generator plugin is created by Fuchs & Vogel. It's a great way to add a lot of detail to any of your models. Included are 7 main screw presets and then you can further customize them in various ways. I find myself using this all the time!

Best Cinema 4D Plugin #3: Gelatine
This awesome free Gélatine Plugin is created by Code Vonc. It's sort of like the jiggle deformer, but has a lot more options and is really fast to work with. Unlike the jiggle deformer you can have more flabby effects, work with multiple objects, set handle points and use a simple fall-off curve to effect the animation. It's really easy to specify which parts of the model should wobble and which should be stiffer. Overall a super fun and useful plugin, especially for infographic type work.

Best Cinema 4D Plugin #2: ReeperX Rope Generator
A plugin I find myself using all the time is ReeperX. Reeper means Rope Maker in German, so there you go. You can create 4 different styles of rope with the new 2.0 update. You can also use it to create cables or telephone wires etc. Lots of great uses for it!

The free HOT4D plugin is absolutely incredible! It's a wave and ocean generator which is a great start for any ocean/water scenes. Here are a few samples plus a tutorial I made on it awhile ago:

AutoRename is a simple plugin for Cinema 4D. It arose from a request on CG Talk for a COFFEE script to rename a group of objects which all had the same name. (Compatible for CINEMA 4D 9.5 upwards)

Build bridges of various architecture with a few clicks. (Compatible for CINEMA 4D R11.5 and R12)
Carbon Nanotubes
Generate carbon nanotubes with any index number (n, m). Animate the transformation between carbon nanotubes and 2D graphene sheets. Furthermore, create cool effects by affecting the carbon atoms with Mograph effectors. (Compatible for CINEMA 4D R12)
CenterCut
Super simple script that toggles the center-cut safe zones in 16:9 viewers. This python script will show where cropping will occur on non-widescreen displays. It will also toggle the viewer border opacity between 10% and 90%. Easily modified for your needs. Includes C.O.F.F.E.E script for Cinema 4D older than 12.
Commentator allows you to add free text notes to your scene files. All you do is attach a Commentator tag to any object, then type your text into the box which appears. You can also use this tag to set deadlines for certain tasks along with deadline dates and assigned persons.

GearBuilder is a small but nevertheless helpful plugin for building almost any kind of gear. To make it simple, GearBuilder is an expression for constraining the rotation and position of objects to emulate the behaviour of cogwheels, wheels on an axis and wheels connected by belts. The created gears can either be driven by a GearBuilder motor or simply by keyframing the rotation of the initial wheel. (Compatible for CINEMA 4D R10.1, R10.5, R11.0, R11.5 and R12)
